I purchased my 7D thru Revolution Cycles in Arlington on a Saturday, it was delivered to the store and assembled and ready for pick-up by Wednesday. When I arrived to pick it up, waiting among hundreds of road bikes and mountain bikes, I wondered whether the 7D was going to be cool enough to hang with his crowd. When rolled out from the shop in back, I was instantly relieved. It was indeed cool enough, in fact it was like looking at a Harley in a moped shop. The bike is totally cool, and exactly what I hoped it would be. I read earlier reviews where the only CON was weight. Not sure what folks expected but in fact this is a lightweight cruiser. Sitting next to my Wife's sixthreezero cruiser, the 7D is significantly lighter. It's aluminum frame cuts at least 5 lbs.

Great style & Comfort

Pros:
Comfortable, Versatile, Durable
Cons:
Heavy
Best Uses:
Commuting/City, Exercising
I ride to keep my legs in good shape. This bike is easy to ride and has good speed if you want to get somewhere quickly on a bike. I'm 6'3" and I wish the seat was a little higher so my legs would straighten all the way out when I pedal.

You know, after decades of subjecting my bike and my body to roads that do NOT accomodate 130psi I'm finally throwing in the towel. These electra bikes are wonderful...guys that want to spend [$] on a high performance bike usually waste their money...at the end of the day, it's about your legs and these Electra bikes just beg you to hop on and go for a ride. And that's what it's all about.

I purchased my wife the Gypsy and waited to find a bike for me. I was looking for a really cool frame made of aluminum, the other companies frame designs did nothing for me. After going thruough all the cruisera availible, I found the Coaster 7 in Silver to be the bike for me.. Anyone looking for a great cruiser, look no further, all other brands fail in comparison.
